Re: Warning: Cannot read blocks for file ...

Hi,

Do you have the same problem if you disable the block backup option?
Is there any error listed in Event Viewer?

In the meantime, you should be able to successfully backup those files while Outlook is closed.

Hi,

We made some major improvements to Amazon and Azure backups. The fix will be included in the next release, which will be available next week.

Re: Warning: Cannot read blocks for file ...

Hi,

Do you run the backup manually or scheduled?
Do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup after starting Backup4all as administrator (right click on icon and select "Run as administrator").

Re: Backup Failing-The process cannot access the file

Hi,

Do you have the latest version of Backup4all 4.9? that is 4.9.292

Is there any antivirus scanning the file in that moment?
Do you have the same problem if you create a new small backup job to the same FTP destination?

Re: Testing Amazon S3 - Winsock error

Hi,

It seems the Amazon SSL certificate could not be verified in your case, that is the error message about.
We will change the behavior in the next release in order to give you the option to run the backup even if the SSL certificate of Amazon could not be verified.

Re: Back up several jobs simultaneously

Hi, I tested with 4 backup jobs and they all worked in the same time just fine. Can you reproduce the problem every time with any other backup jobs? At this moment we don't have plans to implement a queue feature as you described. We recommend you to use the tags (a job can contain multiple tags) to...
