Is there any user logged on at the scheduled time?
Do you have the same problem if you schedule the job to run when you are in front of the computer?
What if you manually run the backup?

Hi,

Volume Shadow Copy is used to backup open files. If your backup sources are not on a local drive, or you don't use an administrator account, that line is displayed in log.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I correctly understood the situation.
Try to use this folder as backup destination: "E:\Eaglesoft" this way, there will be only one "Data" subfolder in destination.
If that is not a solution, please send me the last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.
