2. Is the log file attached to email? If yes, please try to send the email without the log attached, does it work? How large is the log to be attached?

Hi,

You cannot back up directly from OneDrive using Backup4all. You can try to map it as a local drive and use the mapped drive as backup source.

Hi,

The scheduler tasks you see in Task Scheduler are for all users.
In Backup4all you can see the tasks only for the current logged on user.
If the tasks were edit outside Backup4all, it is also possible they won’t be listed in Backup4all.

Hi,

You can disable the usage of the USN journal from Backup Properties->Advanced, by unchecking the "Smart file scanning mode" option.

If there are very large files, creating the blocks might take a while. As long as the backup is running, I suggest you to wait.
