Hi, I just tested the following steps and the rename works fine. 1. In Backup4all you have the "old-backup" job. Right-click it and select Duplicate. A job named "old-backup copy" will be created. 2. Hi,

According to the backup log we received by email, the limit for Smart backup type was set at 50 GB in Backup Properties->Type.
Increasing that limit is the solution in this case.

- the last restore log
- the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination.

Please send us the last backup log and the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc catalog file in the backup destination folder.
