1. What version of Backup4all do you have?
2. Do you have the problem with the same files every time?
3. Is the backup scheduled? if yes: do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup?

Hi,

We will also need the .bkc catalog file for that job, to try fixing it.
Please send us this file "G:\_BACKUP\Minecraftservers\Minecraft servers.bkc" to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
If the file is large, you can zip it to reduce its size.

Yes, you need to unzip the 474_C.zip file using WinZip or 7zip.
Then you can pick the file you need.

Hi,

If you cannot open Backup4all from Windows taskbar, please close Backup4all and rename this file:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all 6\Layout.ini
Open Backup4all again.

Hi,

In the next release of Backup4all, we will make some changed in order to be able to select the "Lock the destination to this external hard drive" option also for SCSI Disk drives, no matter if they are visible as internal or external drives.
