Hi,

Please install the latest version 7.0.220 and see if you still have the problem.
Put bservice.exe process from the Backup4all installation folder, in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.

Hi,

In such cases, you should use independent splits option from Backup Properties->Compression page.
This way, when you restore a file (or several files), Backup4all will download and extract only the splits which contain the file(s) you need.

Hi,

The zip files in your case are not independent, which means all 108 zip parts (z01, z02...) must be downloaded and only after that, they will be extracted.

Hi, "To what date" feature does not address a single backup version. It could be you have a folder with 4 files backed up each day using the incremental backup type. Hi,

After you press Restore, please select "Choose/filter files and restore any version" option. Press Next twice and you will be able to select the exact backup based on the execution date and hour.

The Backup4all application is a 32-bit application.
We do not have a 64-bit version.
