Hi, Please delete that backup job from Backup4all, then open the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination, to recreate the backup job in Backup4all. 1. What version of Backup4all do you have? Make sure you have the latest one 6.4.320
2. Try to re-select the OneDrive account and authenticate again to refresh the token.

Hi,

It seems the scheduled task remained in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
Make sure you delete that invalid task.

Please right-click the batch file and go to Properties->Compatibility, then select the option to run as administrator.

3. Is the backup scheduled? if yes: do you have the same problem if you manually run the backup?
