Hi,

In Event Viewer you can see only the scheduler activities.
The other logs can be found in Backup4all if you go to View->Job Logs.

Hi,

There is such an option.
To find it, open Backup4all, go to Tools->Options->Backup.
Uncheck the "Show file warnings" option.
Press OK.

Question:
I cannot back up to a mapped drive when no user is logged in.

Answer:
Mapped drives can be accessed only if an user is logged in.
If you run a scheduled backup, please change the destination to the UNC path.
To do that, go to Backup Properties->Destination
