Hi,
It seems Microsoft made some changes in the authentication process without announcing first.
We will make a new release these days, including the fix.

Re: Scheduled Jobs will not run
Hi,
Please go to Control Panel->Task Scheduler, edit the task and go to Actions tab. Edit the action and make sure that "Start in" field does not contain quotes for the path.
If you still have the problem, please try to create a new scheduled task from Backup4all. Does it works?

Re: Could not start Backup for job
Hi,
As the message says, there is another action (backup, restore, test) performed for "Bases de Dados" job.
Please open Task Manager and see if there is any other bbackup.exe, btest.exe or brestore.exe process running.

Re: Switching backup type to Smart
Hi,
Correction: the backup versions are not merged when you use Smart backup type. Old incremental versions will be deleted while running a differential which includes them.

Re: Switching backup type to Smart
Hi,
If you change the backup type to Smart, the existing backup versions will not be lost.
Probably they will be merged in order to save the space. That depends on the total destination size and so on.

Hi, Please close Backup4all and rename this folder: C:\Users\Niamh Holding\AppData\Roaming\Softland\Backup4all 7 Then start Backup4all and open the .bkc catalog of the backup job, from the backup destination. That will recreate the backup job in Backup4all. Run again the backup and let us know if yo...
