Hi,

Please make sure the antivirus does not block Backup4all application.
Try to uninstall and reinstall Backup4all.

Hi, You cannot delete the files from zip archives. In this case, you should use the cleanup option to delete the backup versions you want to remove, or you can set a limit for the number of backup versions to keep in destination, with the "merge backups" option selected (in Backup Properties->Type->...

Hi,

Version 6 and version 7 of Backup4all are considered 2 different applications. They can be installed/uninstalled independently. If you moved the backup jobs to version 7 of Backup4all, you can simply uninstall version 6.

Hi, Sorry for the late response. If you have this problem every time and it wasn't just one time issue, please send us the log files for the jobs with problems to support[at]backup4all[dot]com There should be no additional requests, the re-authorization should be made automatically during the backup...

Hi,

In Backup4all, please edit the scheduled tasks and make sure the username and the password are correct. You should re-enter them and press Save.

1. Please download the latest version of Backup4all 6.6.404 from: http://download.backup4all.com/download ... full-6.exe
2. Try to re-authenticate on Box.
3. Run again the backup

If you still have the problem, please send us the last backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com.

Hi,

Do you use any antivirus/firewall?
Please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block the bservice.exe process of Backup4all.
Put that process in the exceptions list and try again.

Hi,

Do you mean that you can see the scheduled tasks in Backup4all, but not in the Windows Task Scheduler from Control Panel?
Please see there is a Softland / Backup4all 7 subfolder in Task Scheduler. The tasks should be there.
