To back up only the new and modified files, please open Backup Properties->Mirror page and check the "Fast Mirror" option.

Hi,

You can open the ini files which will just recreate the backup job in Backup4all Lite, but you will need to run the backup again.
You cannot open or import fkc files in Backup4all Lite. You can do that only in Professional edition.
