Hi, Please note the backup jobs are independent. Each limit of the maximum number of stored backup applies to that backup job only. It does not depend on the other backup jobs. Hi,

A scheduled backup does not delete the previous backups. It will delete them only if you set it to do so by limiting the number of stored backups or scheduling another cleanup action.

Hi,

Backup4all creates backup files in destination (your external drive) without deleting the existing files and folders.
You can also use the external drive to save other files and folders.

Hi, The download after backup is made to test the backup. You can disable that from Backup Properties->Advanced ->Uncheck the "Test after backup" option.
