Hi, Are the older mirror files from the same job? Please note Backup4all looks in the backup catalog to decide which files will be backed up. It doesn't look in the destination folder to decide. What version of Backup4all 4 you installed?
Do you have the same problem for the backup job? View->Job Logs->Last backup log.

What antivirus do you use?

Hi,

Please install build 214 of Backup4all.
After running the backup, open the resulting zip archive using WinZip.
Switch on Details view and compare the original size of the file with the packed one.
Also see the compression ratio.
