Hi, You can sort the backup alphabetically or in the order they were created (default sort type). Hi,

No other client reported that problem before. You should be able to connect using UNC paths.
Can you give us access to your computer using TeamViewer?

Hi,

Please go to Tools->Options->General.
Select to use settings for "current user" only.
This way you can see the backup jobs only for the current account.
It is not recommended to use multiple sessions to remotely connect and start Backup4all.

Hi,

You cannot save credentials for a mapped source drive. That is possible only for destination drives.
Please try using UNC paths in Backup4all to access the network drive.

Hi,

Please follow these steps:
1. Create a Mirror backup adding the entire share to the backup sources.
2. On the Mirror page in Backup Properties, un-check "Create full paths" and "Copy files in a subfolder" options.
3. Press Save.

Please open Backup4all, go to Explore View (F2)
Expand the tree to find the file you need.
Select the file and you can see in the bottom all versions of the file in backup and also in which backup number can be found.

Hi, Just want to be sure I correctly understand what you want to do. You want from time to time to "synchronize" the source files with the files in destination by just removing the deleted files from destination, without backing up all stuff again. Is that correct? If yes, please go to Backup Proper...
