Hi,

There isn't such an option in Backup4all. Can you tell us the entire scenario you want to use so we can help you configure the backup?
Do you want to run the backup manually or scheduled? How often? How many backup versions do you want to keep in destination?

Hi,

You have a customized filter, to exclude only some file types, that overwrites the main filter.
Please remove the customized filter and run again the backup.

Hi,

We don't have such problems here.
Please make sure there is not firewall blocking Backup4all to start at Windows startup.

Hi, It seems you did not understand my answer. Please see the attached screen shots about how the filters must be defined. About your problem with .wav files, please send us the backup catalog from View->Open Folder->Catalog Folder and the log file from View->Job Logs->Last backup log. Put the files...

Do you use the latest version of Backup4all?

Please send us the scheduled task from Windows and the backup catalog from View->Open folder->Catalog folder.

Hi,

Please note you did not entered the filters correctly.
You must add the file extensions one by one, not all of them in the same line.

Please go to Control Panel->Task Scheduler. Do you see the task for Backup4all to start at Windows Startup?
