Hi,

If you enable to see all files (new, modified, unchanged, exclude and removed) you will be able to see all of the in Explore View.
Select a file and in the bottom panel, you will see all available versions for that file.
Right click the latest version and select Restore.

Hi, Were the source files in the same location or you moved them? Have you added/changed any filters for that job? If you deleted that backup job, we cannot see what changed. No other client reported this problem and we also do not have such problem here, so I think the problem is only on your computer.

Hi,

It seems you used the option to Clear backup from Backup Properties->Advanced page.
Please disable that option and go to Backup Properties->Types.
Select the option to limit number of backups at 7.
Also please uncheck the "Merge backups" option.
Press Save and run the backup.
