Re: High CPU use

Hi,

Please open Backup4all, go to File->Options->Startup and updates.
Uncheck the "Show tray icon" and press OK.
That will not affect the functionality of the backups (even if scheduled).

Re: Cannot backup files in inetsrv\config

Hi,

That is a Windows protected folder, with special permissions.
I created a ticket so Backup4all could display and back up that folder.

Re: Same Backup 2 different Destination?

Hi,

In Backup4all you cannot have more than one destination for a backup job.
If you want to back up to multiple destinations, we recommend you this article: https://www.backup4all.com/how-to-back- ... ns-kb.html

Hi,

The most recent Full backup type is always kept. Only the next Incremental and Differentials executions are merged.

Re: Restore's Source Not What Was Expected

Hi,

To make sure the files are restored from the optical drive, you can rename the source folder before running the restore.

Re: Change location catalogs

Hi,

The files must be moved by Backup4all. That is how you see it worked. If Backup4all cannot move the files, there could be a permission issue.
