hi,

When scheduling the backup group, each backup job inside that group will be executed with its default backup type.
You can also create individual scheduled tasks for each backup job in that group and you can force another backup type to be executed.

Hi, 1. When updating the program, the configuration files are not overwritten but imported. If you want, you can go back to the previous version, (which is not recommended anyway) by uninstalling the new version and install the old one. 2. We need more details about the Backup4all status. Hi,

Please send us the last backup log for both backup jobs to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
You can find those files if you select the backup job and go to View->Job Logs->Last backup log.

Do you used the same backup type?

Hi,

You cannot do that with Backup4all without backing up again those files.
You can split them manually using WinZip/WinRar but that also means you need to manually merge them back before the restore with Backup4all.
