Hi,

There are some default filters which exclude the temporary files and also the .bak files.
To disable those filters, please open Backup Properties->Filters
The "Temporary Files - use as exclude" filter will exclude the .bak files.
Please uncheck the filters you want to disable and press Save.

Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Scheduler and select "With Windows Scheduler" option.
Press "Set password" and type your Windows login password.
Do you still have the problem?

Does your email address used to send emails has a sender name defined?
Does the sender appear if you send an email using another email client?

Hi,

That could happen because your internet connection went down during the download, resulting an incomplete .exe file.

Hi,

Is the "Close after run" option checked in scheduler properties?
Please note that option applies only if Backup4all is started by the scheduler. If the application was already running when the scheduler starts, Backup4all won't be closed after backup.
