Hi,

After the backup is finished, please send us both files: the log and the catalog.
The catalog is created at the end of the backup.

Hi, You can use Backup4all to restore large zip files, you don't need to purchase WinZip, only if you want to manually extract the large zip file. If you don't want to zip the files, you can use the Mirror backup type as it will create in destination an exact copy of the source files without zipping...

Hi, Backup4all is not slow, the performance depends on your network, on the backup configuration, computer performance and so on. Hi,

If you run the backup scheduled, no warning messages are shown.
You can still avoid such messages when you manually run the backup if you go to Tools->Options->Backup and uncheck the "Show file warnings" option.
