I have the same problem, bTagBackup.exe sometimes stays open at the end of the job. There is no warning.

I'm a little bit disappointed : now there is no more hang, but the backup failed after 20 minutes.

Only one very small file is backuped and the "test" folder is created ont the FTP server, but it is empty.

Two months have passed since I submit this bug. When will you deliver a new update? I really need it...
