Re: Scheduled Jobs missing after Upgrade to v5

It ran through the option of importing the schedule, but nothing happened to say that it was successful, and no errors popped up. I attached the status in the Task Scheduler for the jobs and sent the jobs to the support email

Scheduled Jobs missing after Upgrade to v5

I just upgraded to v5 and none of the scheduled jobs in v4 appear in v5. I see them in the Tasks directory under Windows, but they didn't import using the import tool. What are my options? I really don't want to recreate them

Default backup type shows up in log

Just finished another thread with your support. Apparently, no matter what type of backup is scheduled, the default type is what's displayed in the log. Consequently, I kept thinking only incremental backups were being performed, when I had differential and full backups running, not to mention the c...

Thanks, but you can see why that is very confusing. I'll add it to the wish list forum

Re: Full backup shows type as Incremental in log

Sir or Ma'am; I indicated twice already that I'm getting an error trying to attach a file to this thread. I've tried multiple machines with Win7 and WinXP, and Chrome, IE10, IE8 and FF. With IE8 on WinXP I get "This extension is not allowed" no matter what extension I put on a text file. Please let ...

Full backup shows type as Incremental in log

I have set up my backup schedule as suggested with weekly Differentials, daily Incrementals, cleanups, and a monthly full backup. However, when I check the log file (successful status) for the full backup, it shows the backup type as "Incremental". When I check the scheduled job, it definitely is se...
