Re: BTray Hanging up Shutdown
Yes I have the newest. I turned it off, and the thing still crashes when I try to get it to automatically shutdown after the backup. I had it working perfectly for a couple years .. now nada.

Re: BTray Hanging up Shutdown
This BTray thing you folks have sucks. I disabled it from the windows startup, and it still hung up the computer when it tried to shut down.
Does somebody have an answer for this?

BTray Hanging up Shutdown
"Btray" is hanging up the shutdown for Backup4All. It must come "with" Backup4all because I've never seen it before in installed Backup4all. If we disable it in the startup menu (config.sys), will this harm the Backup4All program?

"Run in Background" Help
Hi ...
I have three backup jobs. Two of them under "Run In.." show "main App" and one shows "background". Not sure how I did this, but is there a way to get rid of the "run in background" so it runs as "main app?"

Re: V5 Shutdown
Yes, thank you, I found it. I checked it off and last night it still didn't shut off. The "event viewer" in Win 7 tells me it "shutdown successfully" ... but it didn't. So I think B4AV5 has a bug in this area.

Re: V5 Shutdown
Thank you. I've got it set. If it doesn't shut down then I'll know to wait for an update.

Re: User Manual
Where can we find the users manual (I get a 404 error on the link in this thread).
