I used the Clean option to erase the backups that were failing to merge. Backup is running now but I have a different problem now with the log size being too large for email. I will open a new topic for Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

I ran a clean on the backup folder to delete backup 3.zip, now it is warning about file 2.zip being missing so I cleaned the drive for 2.zip also. I will let you know the result after the next backup. Having the Clean option in the Backup for all menu bar is very handy.

I turned off the firewall and antivirus and the software terminates with the message Do you want to restart the IPC server. I click Yes and the program gets the message again, over and over, etc. Eventually when I click No, Backup4all terminates.

I am using Kaspersky and when I view the firewall SoftLand is listed with Permission checked. These files are also listed c:\program files (x86)\softland\backup4all 5\bbackup.exe all of these are listed as trusted. Please explain what you mean by "Please put this file and all the Backup4all folder into the exceptions list of the antivirus." what does the full path to those files look like?

Backup4all Tech Support used a remote desktop viewing tool to work on my PC. Not sure what they found if anything. They eventually uninstalled version 436, then downloaded and installed version 414. My backups are running again. I will wait to hear when a fix has been released.
