Hi,

Does this problem happens for each of your backup jobs?
Please send us the following files to support[at]backup4all[dot]com:
- the .bkc catalog file (from the backup destination)
- the logs for that job (from the logs folder)

Hi,

When using the Mirror backup type, Backup4all keeps tracking only of the last backup version.
If you use tags that will create a different folder in destination (e.g. backup number, backup date etc) a complete backup will be executed each day.

Hi,

When you change the source path, Backup4all cannot know if the files are the same or other files were added. If you change the source folder location, it will be considered to be a new source and it will be backed up completely.

Hi,

1. Please make sure the Backup4all service is not disabled from running at startup in Task Manager->Startup.
2. In Control Panel->Services, please make sure the "Startup type" is set to "Automatic"
3. Make sure the antivirus is not blocking that service.
