Do you still have the problem with build 9.4.460?
If yes, please send us to support[at]backup4all[dot]com the following:
- the last backup log
- the .bkc catalog file from the backup destination

Hi, Can you change the drive letter for Google Drive? and then revert the I: drive back to G: ? That is the best solution. Otherwise you need to add the source files from I: drive in the backup job and they will be backed up again as different new files. The existing files will still be there in bac...

Hi,

In Backup Properties->Mirror page, please make sure the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option is selected.
If that is true and the files are still not deleted, please send us the complete backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com, to see what the problem is.

Hi,

When you select a backup job, the backup catalog is loaded.
Is that a large .bkc catalog file?
Do you use the local catalog or the catalog from backup destination?
