Why can't I use Windows 7's scheduler for Backup4all tasks when account has no password?

On a new Windows 7 PC which I'm setting up, the only user account has no password. This is deliberate, as the user doesn't want to have to login to Windows every time she boots the PC. I'm setting up scheduled Backup4all tasks via the Windows Scheduler, but Backup4all (version 4.6.253) comes up with...

In case this helps others who encounter a similar problem under Windows 7: Backup4all is supposed to use the computer's system-wide date format. On a new Windows 7 system on which I've just installed Backup4all v4.6.253, the system-wide date format was correctly set to "English (Australia)" ie. dd/m...
