I almost never backup to HD so I don't have metrics on this problem under that condition. I did though, today, try this backup to HD and it worked fine, including the test phase.

Sorry to report that my cancel ran for over an hour and 20 minutes and I wound up having to use the Task Manager to shut B4A down. It didn't generate a bug report and that's not the first time it has happened.

From time-to-time I have had to abort a backup or backup test. Usually the abort finishes quickly but sometimes it goes forever and never finishes, leaving me to have to shut down B4A.
