Wishlist item for run before/after
The ability to run a program or script before executing a backup job is really helpful. I am using this to wake up a node on my local network.
Two things that would make the facility more powerful would be:
1. The ability to execute a command with arguments, rather than just the name of a script/executable
2. It would be great if the output of the command was captured in the backup log file. This would be particularly helpful for debugging but also a record of what actions have been performed.
Great program in any case; Thanks

Re: Wishlist item for run before/after
Hi,
1. You should be able to run a command with arguments in Backup4all. Can you tell us if there is a particular command you want to run?
2. We put your suggestion on our Wishlist.

Re: Wishlist item for run before/after
Apologies,
My mistake; I think I omitted the extension. I can confirm that the .cmd file that I was running from a absolute path does receive arguments.
Thank you for the wishlist response.
