Hi
Is there any way to set up a scheluder to make backup every friday when i turn off my computer?

No, you cannot do that.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Please implement something like "AND", "OR" in scheduler. Then it will be enable to make backup every monday, etc, at system shutdown.

Perform backup every Friday at 21 does not always work, because the computer can be turned off.
