Default backup type shows up in log

Just finished another thread with your support. Apparently, no matter what type of backup is scheduled, the default type is what's displayed in the log. Consequently, I kept thinking only incremental backups were being performed, when I had differential and full backups running, not to mention the cleanups.

Is there any way to ensure the backup type that is running is the type displayed in the logs?
