sftp Connection timed out (10060)

Hi, I have a question about sftp.

this is my log

by connecting filezilla to sftp the file is located.

what does he mean?

Hi,

What version of Backup4all do you use?
If you don't have the latest version 7.2.346, please download and install it.
If you already have the latest version, please send us the complete backup log to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
