Old ipc server problem after fall creators update

I am experiencing the old problem of receiving the could not connect to ipc server, do you want to restart problem after updating to win10 fall creators update. I have BU4all 7.0 build 206. I click the yes button when asked if I wanted to restart the ipc server, but get the same dialog repeatedly.
Please advise.

Tried turning off the antivirus and firewall. No change in the symptoms.

Hi,

Please install the latest version 7.0.220 and see if you still have the problem.
Put bservice.exe process from the Backup4all installation folder, in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.

Do you still have the problem?
