OneDrive - backup asks to login

Post by andycqos »

Ive setup a backup to my onedrive business account. The connection tests ok and I can browse folders and select for the destination

However, when the backup starts, it asks me to login again but each time I do it wont go any further and just says I need to login.

Anyone help me out?

Hi,

Can you log in OneDrive in your browser?
Is the login remembered in browser?

Yes, I can login to OneDrive in the browser. Im not sure what you mean by remembered in the browser. Do you mean if I close the browser down does it automatically log me in again next time I open the browser? It doesnt do that, I have to login again

When I login to OneDrive, the first login page redirects me to an institutional login, if that makes any difference

Hi,

1. What version of Windows do you have?
2. What version of Backup4all you have installed? If you don't have the latest one 6.1.176 please download it and see if you still have the problem.

1. Server 2012 but Ive now tried it on W7 and the behaviour is exactly the same
2. I was using 6.1.156. I installed the latest version but it is the same

Im assuming that the problem is the redirect when I login to onedrive
