How do I include .HEIC files in my backup

How do I include .HEIC files in my backup

I have just started using Backup4all, and on checking the backup several .HEIC iphone photo files have not been backed up. How do I include these files in my backups?

Hi,

Please open Backup Properties->Filters.
Uncheck all filters and press Save.
Then run again the backup.
Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
