Cannot activate Backup4all 7 Lite

Cannot activate Backup4all 7 Lite

Hello,

I cannot activate a copy of Backup4all 7 Lite with a product key received by e-mail. When I press Activate Online nothing happens.

How to fix this? I'm on trial now.

Hi,

Please make sure the firewall is not blocking Backup4all to connect to internet.
Try to restart the computer and see if you still have the problem.
