BU4All Pro v7 Trial version will not terminate

BU4All Pro v7 Trial version will not terminate

I am using BU4All Pro 4.9 for a long time now. Problems occured (program stalled during launch) and I thought about upgrading to v7.
Installation and first launch of the trial version seemed to be working fine. The new v7 imported some files from the former version; everthing o.k.
But then it appeared I could not terminate the program; v7 remained in the system tray and the menu in the tray had the "Exit" option (or similarly named, I forgot) greyed out.
Only choices left were either rebooting or uninstalling. I chose for the latter.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you checked which process of Backup4all was running in Task Manager?
Do you have the same problem if you restart Backup4all?
