Access Violation error

Post by SteveG »

I purchased and downloaded Backup4All ver 4. Operating system is Windows 7. When I booted I got Access Violation error and program would not open.

I found on b4a site upgrade that came out on 10/19/2010 and same problem.

What fix? Thanks, SteveG

Hi,

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of Backup4all 3.11.309. To download it, go to our website, on Download menu, you can select Previous versions.
2. Try again to open the .bkc catalog file.
3. If you still have the problem, please send us the .bkc file to support[at]backup4all[dot]com
