Hi,

I've been using a Backup4all mirror and was noticing that files that hadn't been changed were continuously being uploaded. The file that was being sent across was an old version of the file. The file uploaded and the source file never matched and I was curious where this old file was retrieved. I found this file was somehow kept in the Shadow Copy. I'm not sure if Backup4all knows about this issue.. but I had to clear the Shadow Copy to resolve the issue http://www.symantec.com/business/suppor ... =TECH83223
Though I'm sure this may happen again if a file changes again.
Is there anything that I can do?

We don't have such problems here.
Do you have this problem again or it was a one time problem?
