I use the OUTLOOK TOOL displayed for OUTLOOK and have maintained good backup disciplines.

Had a crash of OUTLOOK this morning, lost Outlook saved E-MAILS and folders

Did recovery, following instructions displayed, step by step. All indications are that it DID the recovery...but..no files.

Repeated steps with OUTLOOK ON and OUTLOOK OFF... no difference.

Rebooted... nothing recovered

Reloaded OFFICE PROFESSIONAL 2007

Rebooted..nothing recovered

What do I do now?

I figured it out... found .ps2 and made it the default in outlook...so..no more questions
