I run a full backup weekly, I am needing to restore a entire directory folder / contents from a backup before this backup run. I cant figure out how to do it.
Full Backup on 7/16
Full Backup on 7/9 ---- Need to restore from this backup

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!
