I am trying to install and run on a new laptop and the program will not run.
I get an errormessage about version of starburn.dll error 6

The install is on a vmWare virtual pc running Windows XP.
Host machine is Windows7-64 bit.

I do have Backup4all running on other PCs with no problems, but seems it will not run on a virtual machine.

Any fixes?

Hi,

We tested the same scenario as yours: host Windows7-64bit, VMware player (latest build) runinng Windows XP.
We were not able to reproduce the problem here. The installation went fine and the backup also works fine.
Please make sure you use the latest updates.
