Full Backup not working

Hello i am doing full backups of a folder and now it seems to just do like bits or just tiny zips

im ziping then transfer to a ftp server. but the full backups works fine for about a month now just started doing this how is a 100mb folder a full backup at 500kb?

whats going on?

Hi,

Please send us:
- the .bkc catalog file for that job. You can find the .bkc file if you go to View->Open folder->Destination folder.
- the .log file for the last backup job. To find it, please go to: View->Job Logs->Last Backup Log.
Put the files into a zip archive.
