External USB drive is not selectable

Postby alecki » Fri Feb 11, 2011 3:47 pm

Problem:
The external USB drive is not selectable.

The drive is formatted, connected and recognized by Windows Explorer. I can see the drive letter for partition on HDD. I have got full access to the drive (reading, writing etc…)

When I opening Backup4all and selecting an USB partition in the Backup Properties to The external USB drive I get information “Cannot set destinaiotn to “E:/””

I use OEM version restricted only to OTB USB Devices.
Before XP reinstallation it works perfectly with this external USB drive.

After XP reinstallation I have not an administrative rights. (Backup4all was installed by administrator).
