This applies to both Destination, External Hard Drive, External Hard drive & Destination, Removable, Removable drive drop downs
I have a Seagate 1TB USB hard drive sattached to my W2008 SP2 x64 server but my Backup4all Professional 4.6 will not list in the drop downs mentioned above.
Is there something I need to do to "register" the USB drive to appear in the drop downs?

I can backup to the USB drive by mapping a drive letter to it and backing up via the Local hard drive option.

Do you use an administrator account?
Is the hard drive locally connected? If yes, why do you need to assign it a drive letter? It should already have a drive letter as the other drives.
