Cannot back up to a mapped drive

Question:
I cannot back up to a mapped drive when no user is logged in.

Answer:
Mapped drives can be accessed only if an user is logged in.
If you run a scheduled backup, please change the destination to the UNC path.
To do that, go to Backup Properties->Destination
