Re: Backup4all can't shut down PC via scheduled task

Hi,

1. Have you tried to run the default action <Shut down> ?
2. Do you used an administrator account to schedule the job?
3. Is there any error/warning message in Windows Event Viewer for the shutdown time?

Re: Backup Outlook 2016

Hi,

You can use any version of Backup4all. The backup and restore procedure does not depend on the Backup4all version. Only the other conditions must be accomplished.

Re: Backup Outlook 2016

Hi,

Backup4all works with Outlook 2016.
The backup and restore for Outlook works only if you have:
- the same version of Windows
- the same version of Outlook on both the backup and restore computers
- the same user name

You can change the location of the Backup4all settings folder. Go to File->Options->Application folders. Override the settings folder. Set it to anot...

Hi,

Please open Backup4all, go to File->Open From->OneDrive
Configure Onedrive, press Show and the .bkc catalog files will be listed. Select the catalogs you want to open.
The backup jobs will be recreated in Backup4all.

Re: database disk image is malformed

Hi,

If the catalog is written in a faulty area of the hard disk, the file could be damaged. Please create a new backup job after you fixed the hard disk errors. Do you still have the problem?
