Hi,
You can try to run a batch file after the backup, to disconnect the USB drive.
The file path can be inserted in Backup Properties->Advanced page, under "Run action after backup" section.

If you don't have the latest version 7.2.346, please download and install it.

Hi, What edition of Backup4all 7.1 do you have? The "Memory usage" option allows you to allocate more RAM memory from File->Options->Backup. There is a cursor you can move to a higher or lower position. In order to set different priority between backup jobs, please go to Backup Properties-...

Hi,
Please go to Control Panel->Task Scheduler, edit the task and go to Actions tab. Edit the action and make sure that "Start in" field does not contain quotes for the path.
If you still have the problem, please try to create a new scheduled task from Backup4all. Does it works?

As the message says, there is another action (backup, restore, test) performed for "Bases de Dados" job.
Please open Task Manager and see if there is any other bbackup.exe, btest.exe or brestore.exe process running.
