Hi, The jobs from version 7.0 should have been preserved. That is a minor upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1. Were you using the Backup4all settings for Current user or for All users? Did that changed? Hi,

In Backup Properties->Type, it seems you set the maximum backup size at 50 GB.
Please increase that limit of disable it.

Please install the latest version 7.0.220 and see if you still have the problem.
Put bservice.exe process from the Backup4all installation folder, in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.
