Hi,

In order to backup and restore Microsoft Edge favorites, please follow these steps:
1. Create a new backup job
2. Add the source folder: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default
3. Set the backup type and destination.
4. Open Backup Properties->Filters and uncheck the "Windows system files" option.
5. Press Save and run the backup.

We also create a plugin for it and it will be available in the next build.

I tried the manual backup from the local appdata directory, as you instructed. I had to reinstall the operating system on my windows 10 laptop, so I had the chance of testing your procedure. I restored the files, while overwriting existing files. Unfortunately the bookmarks were not restored. I don't know if I did anything wrong.

Hi,

Can you send us the .bkc catalog file for that job to support[at]backup4all[dot]com?
